I have had the privilege of working at INA for the past 20 years. I taught Reading at both the middle and high school level here. I was the Reading Department Chair  for 9 of those years. I was named INA Teacher of the Year in 2007 and 2020. I have a degree in Human Learning and Development from Texas Wesleyan University and a Masters in Educational Leadership from TCU. I am excited about my new role as the assistant principal.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, learning new things like crafts and recipes, and spending time with my family and friends. I am married to a supportive husband and have two awesome adult sons and a beautiful granddaughter.
