I am so excited to be an International Newcomer Academy Dragon!
I am from Fort Worth, Texas and a product of FWISD schools. In 1998 I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and teaching credentials from University of Texas at Arlington. I taught 7th and 8th grade science at Rosemont Middle School for 8 years. In 2008 I received a Master of Education in School Counseling from Texas Christian University. I have been a school counselor at Riverside Middle School, Polytechnic High School, Wedgwood Middle School, M. H. Moore Elementary and World Languages Institute. I look forward to continuing my service to the FWISD community.

I am excited to start my first year as a Middle School Counselor as an INA Dragon. I recently graduated from Tarleton State University with my Master's in Clinical Mental Health and look forward to working alongside students and families to assist in a brighter tomorrow. I have 16 years of teaching experience including Pre-K, Middle School and High School. I have taught in many schools in and around the DFW area, and I am excited to be back in FWISD.
